Portimão prepara-se para mais uma edição do evento que já se tornou um marco no calendário cultural da cidade. No próximo domingo, 29 de junho, das 14h00 às 24h00, a Rua Direita, no coração do centro histórico de Portimão, será novamente transformada com a chegada da 4.ª edição do festival InDireita, organizada pela associação P.O.I.S! e financiado pela Câmara Municipal e pela Junta de Freguesia de Portimão.

Mantendo o espírito das edições anteriores, o InDireita fecha a rua ao trânsito durante todo o dia, devolvendo o espaço público às pessoas e promovendo uma atmosfera alegre e comunitária.

A programação volta a ser diversificada e acessível a todos, com destaque para:

Mercado de rua com bancas de artigos em segunda mão, artesanato e produtos locais

Arte ao vivo e performances de rua

Workshops e atividades interativas

Jogos

Comida e bebida de produtores e chefes locais

Além disso, esta edição conta com a presença especial do coletivo Parkour Algarve, que permitirá descobrir esta atividade, e também com estudantes de Arquitetura do ISMAT que estão a preparar uma intervenção surpresa para o evento.

O InDireita, fiel à visão da associação P.O.I.S!, é uma celebração da criatividade, da partilha e da ocupação positiva do espaço urbano – um convite a redescobrir a cidade e a sua rua mais emblemática, de forma diferente e participativa.

A entrada é livre e todas as atividades são abertas ao público.

"INDIREITA STREET FEST" RETURNS TO PORTIMÃO FOR ITS 4TH EDITION ON JUNE 29TH

Portimão is getting ready for another edition of the event that has become a highlight in the city’s cultural calendar. On Sunday, June 29th, from 2 PM to midnight, Rua Direita, in the heart of Portimão’s historic center, will once again be transformed for the 4rth edition of the InDireita Street Fest, organized by P.O.I.S! cultural association and sponsored by Câmara Municipal and Junta de Freguesia de Portimão.

Staying true to the spirit of previous editions, InDireita will close the street to traffic for the day, giving the public space back to the community and creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The event offers a diverse, free program for all ages, featuring:

A street market with second-hand goods, local crafts, and handmade products

Live art and street performances

Workshops and interactive activities

Traditional games

Food and drink from local chefs and producers

This edition also welcomes special guests: the Parkour Algarve association who will let people discover their activity, and architecture students from the ISMAT, who are preparing a surprise intervention for the event.

InDireita materializes the vision of P.O.I.S! cultural asssociation in a celebration of creativity, community, and reclaiming public space — an invitation to rediscover the city and one of its most iconic streets in a fresh, participatory way.

Entry is free and all activities are open to the public.
